After 6 years of creating websites and web based applications we stumbled across Plugsocket Internet, before we used to choose a hosting company on recent merit, now with Plugsocket we have a hosting company we trust completely.
Downtime is always minimal, and they will inform you as to any required maintenance, last year they moved data centre and of the 40+ clients sites we have with them, not one client noticed the downtime, as this major undertaking was handled as they handle most issues, with speed, knowledge, planning and great service.

I have been with PlugSocket for coming up on 3 years now, I shopped around lots looking for a host who would provide me with a reseller type account at a good price and would give half decent support.
There are 2 reasons above all why I am still with PlugSocket:
They give great support.
At a good price.
I had various sites scattered with different hosting companies but more and more they are all migrating their way to PlugSocket. One Client even stipulated that they wanted their new site hosted with PlugSocket because them ones don’t give them dns trouble or email problems.
When my reseller account was getting full at the beginning of last year I bought 1/2 a dozen cheap hosting accounts from Ebay, what a bad move that was, might have cost me less than £10 a pop, cost me a lot more in time trying to get them working and get some support contact, in the end I stopped trying to activate them and put it down to impulsive buying over the weekend on Ebay.
In the summer I was really needing more hosting that I could rely on, rather than try and activate one of my cheapy hosting accounts (all of which I am letting expire now), I simply bought a 5 domain extension pack which was integrated in to my existing control panel making admin easy for me so I didn’t have separate logons.
Later this year I intend to be upgrading again for more domains.
My sites are always up, I've seen some hosts claim 99.9% and it has been chronic trying to upload when their server is having intermittent problems. I have never seen this problem with PlugSocket.
