Why can't I see the files I have uploaded to my subdomain?

It can take up to 24 hours for your subdomain to resolve and be accessible once you have created it.

If you can see a holding page when you visit the subdomain, but you can't see the website that you have uploaded, make sure that the filename of your website's main page is named index.html (case sensitive) and is in the correct directory. If the filename is correct, browse to your site in Microsoft Internet Explorer or Firefox, then press CTRL + F5. This refreshes your cache of the site held by your ISP.
