How do I update my card details? (monthly hosting accounts only)
Please note that this only applies to monthly hosting accounts. Your card details are not kept on record for any other orders.
To change your card details:
- Login to the Shopper Management System (If you do not know your Worldpay password details (these would have been sent to you by Worldpay on signup), then please click where it says 'Forgotten your password?'. You will need to know your futurepay number (which can be found on any of the monthly invoices we have sent you) and the email address that you signed up with. You should then be able to retrieve your username and password which will be sent to the email address you signed up with. If you no longer have access to that email address, then you will need to contact us to get it updated first.
- Under Customer FuturePay Agreements (near the bottom of the page) select the Change Details button. Note: if you have more than one agreement, select the Change Details button that corresponds to the agreement you want to change.
- This takes you to the FuturePay Agreement Details page. Select the Change Card button. Note: If your agreement has been cancelled, this button will not be displayed.
- Enter your new card details into the relevant fields.
- Check your entries and then select the Submit button to update the card used on your agreement.
Please Note:
- If you change your card details, the new card number will not be displayed on your agreement until a payment has been debited from that card.
- The system will not let you enter the new card details until the old card has expired. Please wait until the first day of the month following the expiry date of your current card, then update your card details.
- If you wish to change the type of card used (e.g. VISA to MasterCard or Maestro to VISA), please make sure that the new card is one which we accept. If you have problems changing to a different type of card, please contact us.
