Can I stop renewal reminder emails for a service I don't want to renew?
Yes. You can login to the Customer Area to stop renewal reminders from being sent to you. If you do not know your password, it can be sent from that link also.
Hover your mouse over the service in question and click on 'Stop Renewal reminders'.
If you decide you want to renew that service at a later date, renewal reminders can always be enabled again in the same way, by clicking on 'Enable Renewal Reminders'.
