However, if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our service, you may e-mail us to ask for a refund at any time during the first 30 days following account activation.
On receiving such a request, we will immediately cancel your account and refund all web hosting charges paid by you, excluding money paid for SSL certificates, domain name registration fees (which will already have been paid to the relevant registration authority, so you will remain the owner of your domain name and will be free to use it with other web hosts in the future) and charges for any additional webspace or data transfer used over the allotted allocation. However, no refunds will be given for any account which has broken our Terms and Conditions.
