Is it possible to upgrade or downgrade?

Yes. To upgrade or downgrade your hosting plan, please contact us by email or use our contact form. Upgrade prices are worked out on a pro-rata basis, so that any months outstanding on your current plan which have been paid for but not used will be taken into consideration.
