Yes. We offer UK based technical support by email, telephone and have a comprehensive knowledgebase.
Our preferred method of contact is via email or through our contact form whenever possible. This allows us to provide you with more detailed instructions and makes it much easier in cases where exact spelling is necessary (eg. for file names, URLs, etc.).
During normal office hours most emails are replied to within a couple of hours. Outside normal office hours, it may take a bit longer, but quite often the response is equally as fast.
