Can I have several domain names all pointing to one account?

Yes. If you want the domains to all point to the same website with the same content for each, then read the 'Domain Aliases' section below. If you want to host a number of separate sites, with different content for each, then please see the 'Multi Site Account' section of this page.

Domain Aliases
We can set up domain aliases for you free of charge on any hosting plan. This would mean that all email and web requests for any of the domains would end up in exactly the same place. This is useful if you have the .co.uk and .com versions of your domain name and want to treat them both in the same way in case someone typed in the alternative extension to the one you have as the main domain, by mistake.

For example, if you have a website for your main domain name "example.com" and we add a domain alias for "example.co.uk", then http://example.co.uk/filename.html would display exactly the same page as http://example.com/filename.html.

Similarly, all emails sent to john@example.co.uk will be delivered to john@example.com.

The domains don't have to be the same with different extensions. You may have variations on your domain name or misspellings of your domain name in case someone types it incorrectly. If you have changed your company name but don't want to lose the traffic from the old domain you could keep the old domain pointed to the same place.

If you would like any other domains pointed to exactly the same website, please note it in the 'comments' box when ordering or send an email after ordering.

Multi Site Account
Our Multi plans allow you to host multiple sites, completely separate from one another.

With the Multi-5 and Multi-15 plans, you will have a control panel where you can set up your own sites. You will be able to share the features of the plan as you wish between 5 and 15 sites respectively.

Multi site accounts are ideal for web designers. Providing you put your own email address on the form, then all dealings would be with yourself rather than your client and you are free to charge them what you like. Our control panel doesn't mention our domain name and you can upload your own logo. You will also be entitled to a 20% discount on domain names.
