Do you provide a backup service?
Yes, all your sites data is backed up 4 times daily and is stored off site.
Traditional backup systems used by most other hosts can be slow and infrequent. We have invested heavily to provide the best possible data protection for all servers. Your accounts are not only backed up 4 times a day, but the backups are transferred securely to an offsite location.
The system backs up at disk sector level, rather than traditional file level, for improved performance. It also offers the peace of mind that in a worst case scenario, a Bare-Metal disaster recovery can be performed quickly.
We do still however, recommend that all clients make backups of their own sites as well. This can be done through your control panel at http://www.example.com/admin (replace example.com with your domain name).
