How do I publish my site with FrontPage Server Extensions?
If you have FrontPage server extensions installed you must only use the method listed below to publish your website.
Open your website in FrontPage and follow the instructions below to upload the site with FrontPage server extensions.
- Click on the 'File' menu, then on the 'Publish Site' option in FrontPage.
- From the 'Remote Web Site Properties' select the 'FrontPage or SharePoint Services' option.
- Enter 'http://www.example.com/' (replace example.com with your domain name) into the 'Remote Web site location' field.
- In the 'Username' field, enter your accounts username (eg 'example').
- Enter your account's password in the 'Password' field and click 'OK'.
- Press the 'Publish Web Site' button.
