Why can't I see the files that have been uploaded?
If you can see a holding page when you visit your domain but you can't see the website that you have uploaded, make sure that the filename of your website's main page is named correctly.
The main page of your site should be named index.html (case sensitive). Other file extensions such as .htm or .php can be used for your main page, but you must remove our default index.html holding page.
The files should have been uploaded to /home/user/mainwebsite_html/ (which is a link to /var/www/html).
If the filename is correct, browse to your site and in Microsoft Internet Explorer or Firefox, press CTRL + F5 (Netscape Navigator: SHIFT + Reload). This refreshes your cache of the site held by your ISP.
