Plugsocket have always given a fast and helpful tech support service, even when I ask stupid questions. I have valued their proactive help - they don't just sit back and collect the fees but seem to take a genuine interest in their customers. For me that is much more important than price or wizzy bits (though both of these are excellent too).
I now have several sites running with them and I'd recommend them thoroughly.
