Yes. We offer UK based technical support by email, telephone and have a comprehensive knowledgebase. Our telephone number is a standard national rate (no premium call charges!)
Our preferred method of contact is via email or through our contact form whenever possible. This allows us to provide you with more detailed instructions and makes it much easier in cases where exact spelling is necessary (eg. for file names, URLs, etc.).
During normal office hours most emails are replied to within a couple of hours. Outside normal office hours, it may take a bit longer, but quite often the response is equally as fast.
Before contacting us, please refer to our knowledgebase first, as your query may be covered there. Please ensure that you have to hand or include any relevant account details.
