Do you suspend my site or send me an unexpected bill if I exceed my bandwidth limit?
No, we do not turn your site off as soon as you exceed your data transfer (bandwidth) allowance and neither do we send you a bill without warning.
You would receive an automated warning email if you exceeded your accounts allowance. We then write to advise you how you can reduce your transfer for future and give you three options - either to try to reduce your transfer, to upgrade your account, or to pay for the excess each month that you exceed. If you anticipate exceeding every month, then it is usually much cheaper to upgrade than pay for the excess.
