I am able to receive emails via my mail client, but not send. Can you help me?
First of all, please check the relative question in the knowledgebase to make sure that you have set up your mail client correctly. Make sure that your email client is set to use SMTP authentication.
If you are connected to the Internet via Orange or AOL, then please set the SMTP port to 587 in your email client as your ISP blocks access on port 25.
If you have been sending emails, but now you can't any more, please try disabling any email virus scanning you may have (virus scanners sometimes lose their settings, preventing you from sending mail), then reboot your computer and try sending again. Please don't forget to enable the scanning after checking if this is the problem. When you enable the virus scanning it often picks up the correct settings again, allowing you to send once more.
If you still cannot send via your mail client, then please contact us via our contact form. Make sure that you include in your correspondence any error messages in full.
