What is a domain extension?
A domain extension is the ending of a domain name e.g. .com, .org, .co.uk etc.
Many people register their domain name with multiple extensions e.g. example.com, example.co.uk etc. to remove the possibility of someone entering their domain with an incorrect extension and not finding their site, or even worse, finding a competitors site.
